Charlotte has a Law LLB from King's College London and LPC from BPP Law
School. She has been an Artist Manager for 10+ years where she worked with the likes of 90s Trip Hop legend Tricky, House Producer T.Williams and electronic artist TĀLĀ. She is a recipient of YouTube x MMF Accelerator Fund and has extensive experience working with major and independent record labels.
She spent 3 years at Jukin Media, a viral video management company, followed by 3 years at AWAL forming the first BI & Data team at the record label as well as the growth and development of Youtube optimisation. Charlotte managed the technical migration of data when AWAL was acquired by Sony.
She and TĀLĀ are now the co-founders of Ellevate, a flexible artist development and management platform, providing artists wherever they are in the world with affordable and accessible expertise to develop and then build a viable business around their art. With two tiers of support Ellevate is able to grow artists from their very first release, all the way to optimising headline acts to make their business work for them. Ellevate is artist management, when you need it.
