She is currently covering the role of Music Supervisor at Dolce&Gabbana (in addition to advising for any kind of entity, music and music use) after 16+ years of experience in the music business working as Licensing Manager at Universal Music Publishing, as Synch Manager and A&R Coordinator at Sony Music Publishing and as Music Consultant at Emi Music Publishing.

She provides business and music consultancy, she lectures at Italian Universities, Italian and International festivals, music schools; she is co-founder at Equaly.it, the first Italian organization actively working to reach gender equality in the Italian music business. Under the name of Franca Barone, she released two albums as a singer-songwriter, composer and producer.
