Lucie Caswell

Lucie’s experience ranges from, working in Independent and Major music companies, for digital services and as leadership in sector-representative organisations, including as CEO of the Featured Artists Coalition.

Lucie is a lead copyright negotiator and strategist, specialising in digital music publishing rights, and music IP. Lucie has negotiated commercial deals on all ‘sides’ of the stakeholder table and led Policy and Public Affairs at sector level. Lucie spent time at PRS for Music in innovation licensing and later as Chief Policy, Rights and Public Affairs officer for the MPA Group.

Lucie now acts for a variety of music-using services from global gaming platforms to niche technologies, including the evolving, emerging talent platform, Bandcamp and she also represents the UK's entertainment retail sector to Government. Lucie works to provide strategic and licensing expertise to achieve sustainable growth, value and positive, rights-led enterprise.
